Listen: The Written Words of Women @ The Red Shoes—Baton Rouge, LA

Sunday, February 22 from 2-4 p.m., I’ll be part of a celebration of local female writers as they read from their recent work. Enjoy hearing selections from a variety of genres, including essays, poems and short stories, humorous and serious, uplifting and melancholy. The panel will showcase the works of Renée Bacher, Claire Boudreaux Bateman, Dorothy Early Davis, Laurie Lynn Drummond, Ava Leavell Haymon and other outstanding writers.  Suggested donation: $10
